Contest Information
Eligibility
Open to all Scouting Units Chartered and registered with the Boy Scouts of America within Challenger District, Central Florida Council by the date of contest end.
All units listed as chartered by the contest end date (as determined by entry within the my.scouting.org portal) who meet the qualification criteria will be entered into a drawing for the listed prizes. Odds of a qualified unit winning are 1:(total number of units that qualify).
Prizes will be disbursed to the registered unit leader by no later than 30 days after contest ends.
Prizes
1x Pizza catered meal provided to the randomly selected unit from the list of all the 100% New YPT trained campaign will be provided for the unit’s monthly parents/leadership/committee meeting within the month of September. Units who do not hold a regular monthly parent/leadership/committee meeting will forfeit this prize and another unit will be randomly selected.
1x $100 Dicks Sporting Goods gift card to the randomly selected unit from the list of all the 100% trained leaders campaign.
Criteria
100% New YPT Trained – units need to reach 100% adult leader New YPT trained status by August 30, 2018 to qualify for this reward. Unit leader New YPT training percentage will be taken from the my.scouring.org training portal as of September 1, 2018 – all Adult leaders who are listed within the portal must have taken the New YPT training since February 02, 2018 to qualify. Only units in which all listed leaders have 100% completed the New YPT training will be entered for this contest.
100% Trained – units need to reach 100% adult leader trained status by September 30, 2018 to qualify for this reward. Unit leader training percentage will be taken from the my.scouring.org training portal as of October 1, 2018 – all Adult leaders who are listed within the portal must have completed all required training for ALL positions they hold (both within and without the unit) to qualify. Only units in which all listed leaders have 100% completed the 100% position specific training for all positions (within and without the unit) will be entered for this contest.
